Had a 2 nights stay, we were just grateful that we had a roof over our head since we were denied refund or cancellation even after highlighting the concerns.1. Smelly water from everywhere such as from the basin, flush and shower(could be waste water management).2. Not properly maintained the premises.3. Milk powders were not provided, old sugar and tea packets were provided.(expired)4. Multiple openings for insects.( we were handed over cockroach killer and room spray to deal with them even after paying for the whole 2 nights)5. The property owner declined to cancel the booking even after we informed about all of this a day prior. ( found out later that one of my friends stayed here in april and faced the same)6. We understand the property on an island but electricity convenience should be there. Spent almost 2-3 hours without electricity from 3 am to 6 am.

basic amenities at aroma resort like glass for water provided after requesting that too in room staff was told to provide glass he gave single glass instead of providing at least 02 in a single room. secondly, water we have to go and refill from reception which was also like for what services have we paid. very small property with limited facilities seemed not to be worth it. please pay 700 to 1,000 extra and go for beach properties which you feel worth it with all basic amenities and good services. so you should call it as aroma and not aroma resort as it’s only property having 05 small cottage type of rooms with their restaurant attached .very small property with limited facilities seemed not to be worth it. tea bags also in single room they have count of 02 instead of at least it should be more

We had a great stay at The Aroma Resort, Havelock. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer excellent value for money. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with ferry timings and local advice. The in-house restaurant "Aao Ji Khao Ji" operates on-demand — breakfast service is usually closed unless informed in advance, so it's good to plan ahead. Overall, a peaceful and comfortable stay — perfect for families and groups. Highly recommended!

aroma resort runs a restaurant and they concentrate only on that business. there is no one in the reception counter. we booked for 3 persons in one room and paid accordingly. but the resort refused to give additional mattress. they argued that we paid for the third person and not for additional mattress. strange logic. no room service. reception counter is manned by the owner whenever someone checks in . other times no one is there. 4 2

it's a small resort having 6 rooms only. they have there own restraunt providing good variety of food with good taste. but property lacks some basic amenities like denta kit, Tv without dish, no shaving kit, no soaps instead they have liquid shampoo & gel. i Stayed for 2 days but room was not cleaned by them. Yes there are lots of spiders in the room as it's a resort property they need to check the rooms regularly for those things.

The Room service is unavailable.The flies are in the room. The bathroom gets choked while bathing. The dustbin is never cleared during my stay and on the last day the dogs make it much worse. Reception is always empty apart from the day when you arrive. No IDs were checked during checkin. The food they offer at the Restaurant on the same campus is very expensive.

It was a very bad experience. The bedsheets were not clean and the bathroom smelled horrible , the toilet seat was broken and they did not provide us with handwash when we asked for the same the lady said use the shampoo only. Shampoo mixed with lot of water!.Only the cafe was maintained and the resort was in a bad condition.

good hotel for simple amenities. ticks all the boxes. cost effective if booked timely. staff responsive. 4 kms away from jetty. (i took a rental scooty near jetty so the distance wasn't a problem). adjacent to the rooms is the aao ji khao ji punjabi restaurant. further, i had continuous wifi and electricity access.

Fairly nice place to stay at the Havelock Island. It's a small property with 6 cottages only. It's very near to the Vijay Nagar beach. Staffs and good and helpful. Rooms are very good. They restaurant is good for North Indian food, however the charges are on the higher side.

Highly recommended for the budget friendly couples. Staffs and service is very good. Resort staff is very helpful. You can ask the Resort staff for any water sports activities and they will arrange it for you.

There were many insects and wormsIt looks good from outside but the room wasn’t clean and we found worms in washroom which was disgusting and there was no hot water which was a difficulty for us

Average stay. It's OK to be managed for 1 or 2 days. Few cons- Frequent power cuts. No hot water. Private beach not easily accessible. Food quality was good, but pricing was bit high.
