The Hotel is in Good location. very close to Howrah railway station. Staffs are very friendly. The hotel have 24 hours of service for the visitors and also have a car service for visiting the cities at normal charge. I have enjoyed the 2 days' stay in the Hotel. Thanks to Goibibo for this arrangement.Staffs behavior and services are very good. Have 24 hours Lift services for going up and down. They have Food services at room. You can have food from food supply outside of the Hotel. You can have room service also.

the hotel is exceptional and very clean and maintained. only problem is checkin if you book you have to wait till 12 even you ask to checkin early by paying more you won't find rooms as it's always filled so better to book your stay by calling if you arriving before 12 else you would have to wait for hours and management Cant help as they are always sold out.

Great location, nearby Howrah Station. Spacious room. Clean ambiance. Good food in 24X7 kitchen. Supportive front desk. The only irritating thing is tip mongering service staffs of this house.

Located near Howrah Railway station. Shower , telephone of my room were not working neither got fixed on making a complaint.
