The Brightside Resorts Tirthan A Riverside Hotel

So they're a new resort and have all the making of newness.1. The floors are unfinished, literally nails sticking out of the floors and splinters coming out of the cupboard so if you're in you're socks, you're gonna get cut. Like I did. 2. The walls are so thin,3. The service is TERRIBLE. No contact number shared for how to contact reception, calling up echor to find out number will only direct you to the kasauli location, not tirthan. So forget about calling reception, you have to physically be there to ask questions.4. No details such as check out time, breakfast time. Dinner time is shared with the residents. Just guess or miss.5. The restaurant serves up food that is SO spicy. I mean, I ordered a kadai chicken and it made me cry. Was travelling with two other people and we all died. 6. The servers, oh my God, they first don't want you to order. This server, after CONVINCING finally took my order at 9:30 after I called the manager. Otherwise orders shut at 10:30pm so idk what the deal was. He didn't bring out a menu card, just wanted me to state things I'd like to eat only to be told that 70% of those aren't available.7. The room service works yes. But the servers will ring the bell 5-6 times even whne you heard it the first time and are walking up to the door.8. The manager, shows zero interest in comfort of the stay. He started of by showing me that I didn't pay for complimentary breakfast when in fact clearly shows that I did. If there was a software glitch, that does not fall on the customer since I have proof to show what I choose and paid for.9. All in all, really terrible hospitality. I would recommend The Riverwalk ANY DAY over this place. It has a lot to learn and I don't want to coincide with the trial and error period.

i would not recommend this property to anyone. the rooms are old, poorly maintained, and in serious need of renovation. there was no continuous hot water during my stay, which made it very uncomfortable. the food was also disappointing. overall, the experience was far from relaxing. there are much better options out there for the same or even lower cost. avoid if you can

Awsm location. Just parellel to river, super excellent view from room and balcony... Food was tasty like delhi wala taste Staff polite and helpfull.. Jaipal-JP is very kind and hardworker boy. Thankx to the owner jinhone delhi walo k maze dia diye afterall vo b delhi se hi hai...

Very beautiful place, best property by the riverside. Good hospitality as well as food was delicious.
