I booked cottage which is pretty good. the property is good but service is not as expected. the plus points: 1. having swimming pool (but water is not clean as expected) 2. playing area is available like pool, table tennis, chess, carem 3. surrounded by mountains 4. peaceful place minus points: 1. service was very slow like if you call for anything they will come after half hour. 2. towel is not good & ₹1 vitika shampoo is given so please carry your shampoo, towel & body wash. 3. swimming pool water is not 100% clean. 4. in morning breakfast if you go late than you need to wait long for coming all the things, i request Toast they say it will take time & didn't give

Rooms are spacious, hotel is beautiful, location is good. Cleanliness - washroom is good, bed linen especially quilt covering is poor. Ask for change and I think they should look into it. The room has enough space to have one small fridge and tea/coffeemaker. So I would like to suggest them to add that. Restaurants breakfast is ok in taste, little slow in service. Staff are humble. Game zone is good. Pool is big but our time it wasn't cleaned to use, may be covid, so check with them. We got reasonable price through goibibo, direct booking I felt is expensive.

The club is nicely made. Its neat and has all aminities making it a perfect getaway with friends and family. The swimming pool was clean and the staff members were very cordial. Best time to visit is in monsoon for a picturque expirience.

Yes stay was good and comfortable, but bad incident with us at night, some one person was looking from outside at night at 1.30 am. When I saw him, he ran away Overall Madam Medha Jadhav and other staff was good, except Mr.Patil
