1.Located 5 mins walk to station. just inside gali of Gurudwara. 2. I booked super delux room but they upgraded me to Club room. Rooms (club room) are little small and no working desk ( space is not ample for double sharing)but well decorated with lights and fixture. Also rooms are neat and clean 3.Washroom is also small but definitely neat & clean 4. All staff behavior awesome. specially Mr. Sudip Ghosh (GM) 5. Complimentary Breakfast need to be improved. May be due to space constraint only one or two items available. 6. property have roof top Party Junction and DJ junction arrangement for private parties. Also have conference room. l liked this arrangement very much So my conclusion is - Very Good for business Trips. Safe for both Male and female travellers. I will surely recommend this hotel.

we booked business class room but we were not given the same, we received a much smaller room wd very tiny bathroom., it was mentioned-- sewing kit, ironing board, laundary, paid drinks, free cookies, bubble bath, fireplace guard, study room but no such thing was there.. we had to ask for dental and bathing essentials and also mini fridge, after that it was given. total bad experience because we had a lot of expectations. must take care of the available facilities before mentioning all these. we stayed for 3days. but the room we stayed wasnt worth the money we paid.staffs are good & polite. but room service is delayed.

The experience was very poor .. The road to the hotel was very rough and bad condition.. The room card is was not operating properly , had to go the reception everytime to get the card working... Room was very small in comparison to the price listed.. Odour of the room was awful.. Other guests think this as their home and shouting like anything , No privacy.. Slow Checkout.. Giving wrong bill while checking out...

The rooms were sanitized upto standard and the staff took very care of it in maintaining it. The appliances like tv and ac worked properly and the location is prime factor which is nearby to the station. The only issue is the prices of food were lot pricey given the quantity of food but quality was maintained. Apart from this it is recommendable for travellers as well as couples too.
