i had an excellent experience during my stay at hotel citi residenci, durgapur. the ambiance was warm and welcoming, with beautifully maintained, luxurious rooms that made my stay truly comfortable. the food was absolutely delicious—both hygienic and flavorful—and catered perfectly to my taste. i was especially impressed by the level of cleanliness and the attention to detail in both room service and dining areas. the hotel staff and caretakers were exceptionally polite, courteous, and helpful throughout. their hospitality made me feel at home, and i truly appreciated their professionalism and warmth. i’m already looking forward to my next visit, this time with my family. a big thank you to hotel citi residenci for a wonderful and memorable stay! highly recommended for anyone visiting durgapur!

no item is there for breakfast... we came then we have to order then they will prepare & as they promised no south indian item is there. no chicken or fish item. very, very poor service.. inside the suit room there is no glass. There is no glass separation in the bathroom. bathroom door locking is not working properly. there is no wifi in the hotel. encompassing everything it was a disaster 😪

It was my second stay and as usual the room was large airy clean and hygenic and also the the quality of every product in the room and bathroom wad branded and top notch.The food was also very tasty and healthy .And last not the least the behaviour and hospitality of every staff was very kind and humble .

the hotel is located in a very good location at bidhan nagar. the environment is clean, the behavior of the staff was very good. the hotel has its own multi cuisine restaurant. there is also a good restaurant, food center and bar located around the hotel. overall it was a good experience.

As of my recommendation never visit this hotel - the front office staff is so rude they promise about there room quality and room service- Don't have the ethics how to talk to there Guests- even we went there often after this encounter it feels its horrible
