Hotel Location is easy to find out,Hotel premises is well maintained with safety,Reception area is very nicely designed and having a portico with nice view outside.Receptionists are very cooperative,room service is very good,Inside the room cleanliness is well maintained and room having a sufficient place for a couple.For couples its safe and noise free place.Room is having a good bed and a TV with beautifully designed interiors and a cool painting to cover up our mood.Room having a study table with a beautiful chairs.Room having a specious cupboard.Bathroom is having a sufficient place with well cleaned and hygiene is given more priority. 24 hours hot water facility is their.Over all i am happy with the stay .No disturbance from the staff and they are very friendly and very cooperative and given good service...Enjoyed the stay......

Must stay when you are in Coorg... Management receiving 5* Service 5* Ambience, Atmosphere and stay 5* (we loved it the best) Food really tasty in short, you font feel like leaving it Located at GoniKoppa (equidistant from madikeri and Nagarhole national park), both of which we could cover happily.. strange thing is in our 4 day stay, we were planning to stay for 2 days at Madikeri, but after staying for 1 day at Madikeri, we came back here for last day... thoroughly enjoyed... KEEP IT UP COCOON

It was amazing experience. Location is also good, it is in the main city. Staff were well behaved. All amenities were working properly. I wanted to stay in this hotel for 2 more days, but had to return due to work. Breakfast was given as complimentary. It was value for money staying exdperience.

It was pleasant experience. Staff were good. Dining experience was excellent. TV was not working. Location was nice, but it was far away from sightseeing. Breakfast was complimentary. The best thing is hotel as a whole is great.

clean and spacious rooms with good toilets other than the blaring Mike from the nearby mosque no issues they have a restaurant called spice rack which is good if you eat pork ask them try the pork shots which are good

This is an excellent accomodation facility at Gonikoppal, other wise a small town. It may suit the visitors of Coorg to stay here and then proceed to other destinations.
