The Country Club Wild Life Resort

Having visited this place for 2 nights and 3 days. The location and campus is really beautiful in the middle of the forest. Really good spot to relax and stay disconnected from technology.. Very Friendly staff, and its serene to have the deers roaming around your room and resort always. Its a poorly maintained resort. Here are the list of problems at the resort: - null of the activities at the campus are functional. Example: Cricket balls aren't there but bats and wickets are there; A documentary to be screened at 7 pm - not played and no reasons. - Hot water in the rooms are solar panel heated: Works in the day but hardly it does in the cold mornings and late night. - There is such a careless attitude at the reception that they have some information half cooked, but not even the number of the safari service available with the Forest department. No idea is an answer for anything!! Poorly informed and casual attitude. - Having met many County club members at the resort, they regret their membership and having locked in their money for 1-5 years. some said they promised drop to Safari camp but not provided giving lame excuses. - The mattress of the bed is absolutely low cost and cheap. Difficult to sleep. - Bedsheets, and towels are stale and old but clean. - null of the TV channels work, no channel in tatasky is subscribed. Only consolation was food, good variety and tasty. Good balance between veg and non veg spread. Its not worth the overall cost of the stay at the resort. I am not a member paid about 10 per night including 3 meals for 3 people. Guests deserved better services. The manager is hardly seen around. All poor services stems from Manager's inactive and ineffective role.

Giving 1 star as there is no option to give 0 or minus rating. The most terrible customer service one can face ever. Very kids unfriendly. We had 3 rooms booked and had a kid with us. The hotel staff refused to give us supplies of tea coffee saying it is paid. The kitchen staff refused to cook or even make tea outside breakfast hours. No arrangement for tea coffee or kids milk. The most un clean housekeeping staff. They literally rob you for food. There is no option to order ala carte and you will be forced to take their buffet which is priced at 700/- per person. Actual food cost ideally 100-200/- To summarize do not stay here.

The resort is over priced. the bed matress was damaged and the springs were out. Even after complaining to the reception all that they could do is reverse the matress and put it. We came here for a vacation to relax but infacy ended up with a severe back pain worst resort The food here is very very bad and tasteless. They do not have alcarte and have only buffet system they charge Rs.700 per person for the buffet and the food. There is no other hotel in the surrounding to go eat for atleast 10kms. They are taking advanatage of the people staying in their resort by over charging them for the kind of food they serve

ROOMS shown in photos and room given were totally different....A very ordinary....Hot water is an issue.....No A/C.... Current was not there all the time...On request the resort would on inverter ,which didn't serve any purpose .... We arrived around 2.30pm afternoon...we took buffet lunch ....which was almost over...Very Very Very Bad food....No verities and low sub standard quality of food materials ....RS700 per person which is too high. It's total waste...😤😤😤 Sorry if I am harsh...But truth is a truth...I cannot be changed. It
