The Cozy Cottage Varanasi

Guys this hotel is totaly scam...please think three times before booking this hotel. 1-No proper reception desk 2- No one seen there proper responsible person 3- Rooms was so dirty & smelly 4- Rooms walls are full of damp as u can see in the picture 5- washroom was horrible so smelly 6- Main thing note down guy they does not have gyger in bathroom and they provided hot water from backets ... i have to bath from bucket after paying more then 2k per night.. that was a joke... 7- They provided towels after 7-8 hours of chekin and the excuse was they donot have towels all gone to laundary.. thats wow 8- U can see the photoes that i upload bathroom doormat they was using used old towel as a door mat..horreible 9- Bed quality was so poor the mattress was so bad u have a backpain after one night 10-No side stool of both side of bed for phone aur water bottle 11-not a single chair or stoll in the room to sit 12- tv was not working 13- Room door handle was half broken to concern about ur luggae saftey 14- No lift so u have to go every time thrid floor bh stairs so if u r with parent not that also. 15- No telephone to connect with reception desk in the room 16- only good thing is that is neae by asi ghat but again loction of that little gulli is to dirty you guys check my all points with the photoes i uploaded already... and do not be the part of that scam which we already and waste more then 4k for 2 nights coz i already paid 😔

Only one advantage of this hotel is near to assi Ghat. Apart from the rooms are little large but the cleanliness and other services are very poor. Food and tea facilities are not available at hotel Nd also no tea sachet available in the rooms. Wardrobe,towel bed linens also dirty.chair cushion torn, tv remote not working and tv signal not catching. No lift facility so while having luggage it's tuff to reach out to the room. Requested for late check out at the time of arrival on payment basis but denied at last moment at the time of check out. In this heat wave my family and kids have to suffer a lot. I have also requested that we can wait at reception but also denied. Being a hotelier These type of denial was not expected for me. Sorry but not refered to any one of othe hotels are available

Sorry alag jagah pe aur thanks alag jagah pe Varanasi people are amazing Very hardworking Very devoted Honest Upfront Genuinely Hot (maaf kijiyega) And Chill most importantly If anything... Varanasi taught me to be chull6 Chill* And that internal chull (yes, chull) comes from being hellbent that internal chull is coming from external chull I realised that internal chill is what's needed sis With a bit of external sappot

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel's proximity to Assi Ghat made it convenient for exploring the area, yet it was a surprisingly peaceful and quiet place to rest. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting this area.
