The Fern Gir Forest Resort, Sasan Gir - A Fern Crown Collection Resort

i am writing to appreciate the gesture and courtesy you extended to us during our stay at your resort from 18th aug to 21st aug. we had stayed in multiple luxurious hotels and resorts, but never received such a warm goodbye as today, not even at the fern at other locations of india. the fern, gir is definately unique in our experiences. we were already overwhelmed by your special treatment since the start of our stay; however, such a small token of goodbye gift, and special folk music played during the checkout for a happy journey, won our heart at last. we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. from each family-bonding to children-focussed activity organised by the fern gir management were completely new to us in our experiences gained in the previous stays in countless luxurious hotels and resorts. numerous small but impactful initiatives were curated by your staff to make the whole stay complete, comfortable, and joyful are par above my words. you didn't leave a single chance of disappointment. such a different thought-process makes a few stays outstanding even in the same segment. i firmly believe that you are not competing with others; however, you are simply above the competitions. lastly, we opened and tasted it; all those packed products in the goodbye token given by the fern, gir tickled our taste buds, especially the cookies. you certainly won a heart and five star in our stay feedback that will drag us again to you if we come to gir by any chance in the future. once again, thank you so much for doing every possible things to make the stay fabulous. keep doing well. gratitude 🙏

One of the best holidays we had and a lot of it is because of the hotel and staff. This resort is one of the best experience we had. Location, interiors, room size, facilities and most of all the staff; everything was fantastic. Highly recommended for a family or romantic stay. The hotel carries the aura and feel of forest. The property is full of lush green trees and is located right near the river. The hotel staff was kind enough to take us for a small walk near the river where they showed us a number of exotic bird spieces as well as crocodiles. The food was amazing. The restaurant makes sure that apart from the routine exotic dishes they have something to serve kids as well. The restaurant staff is super friendly and service is great. A must stay if you are in Gir.

It was my first travel experience with my wife because we recently got married in lockdown. The resort was beautiful and staff was super active and cooperative. Mr. Ayub is a smiling face with good sense of humour. And most importantly Miss Jhilik, she is very supportive. And with a cute smile. She was always there to click our beautiful pictures and make our trip a memorable one. The resort was full of trees and mesmerising environment. Raining was there all the time. And the food was very delicious. And even Mr. Ayub provide us a complimentary Jacuzzi for 1 hr, to make our mini honeymoon more comfortable and romantic. Overall experience was really good.
