Great place. I recently stayed at the Fern habitat during my business trip, and I was quite impressed with the experience. Except valet parking services, everything was good. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Food options can be increased both variety and tastewise. • Location: The hotel is conveniently located near major business hubs and public transportation, making it ideal for business travelers. • Amenities: The business center was well-equipped with high-speed internet and printing facilities. The meeting rooms were spacious and had modern tech setups. • Comfort: The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed for work and relaxation. The desk area was functional with good lighting and ample power outlets. • Service: The staff was professional, responsive, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth.

had a very comfortable stay at the ferns. the hotel is at a perfect location — well-connected to all major cab services and close to markets where you can buy anything from essentials to gifts. the staff was excellent, especially helpful with an early check-in request, which was impressive given the high occupancy at the hotel. the food quality was great, and special thanks to the floor manager (male) in the breakfast area, who took the time to guide us through the menu and highlight some must-try items. overall, a perfect stay for both families and professionals planning a short 2–3 day trip. highly recommended!

Our stay at the fern was a pleasant one. The location of the hotel is excellent and the rooms are rather spacious, well maintained and hygienic. The breakfast options are a little limited and the customer service is a bit slow. But the pool view is beautiful and our stay was quite comfortable.
