Room was pretty ok if we consider the amount I had paid.I paid for one day for two people.In the room-1) only half litre of water they provide in 24 hours even if there are two people staying in.2) No coffee maker in this room.3) Bath kit is available for only one person. (May be they can provide extra but did not ask for for it)4) Bed is very good and comfortable.5) Room is very much spacious.6) There is a big almirah in the room, a tv in the room, a big sofa and nice washroom.7) Staff behaviour is good but very rigid.Overall not value for money but a nice stay.

room was neat clean and spacious, food was awesome but room service was very very poor, basic amenities were missing like wifi was not there, paper roll at bathroom, mosquito repellent, etc. worst part was check-out, they gave me gst invoice of lesser amout I paid, and the solution and excuse was really pathetic. now at all a good experience.

I have been overcharged. At the time of booking, I was charged but at the time the check-out hotel gave the bill of 5,249. This is really a bad business practice and totally unacceptable in nature. I request you to kindly look into this matter and reverse the additional overcharged amount asap.

very bad room service .. they forget what we had odered.. odered food at 11 am .. till 2 pm they forget that we had odered some food .. for towel you have to wait 15 20 min you have to reminded them 2 3 times .. no toiletry provided by them .very rude behaviour in recption

Very rude receptionist Mr. Satya. he don't cooperate with booking guest. his priority offline guest. if you ask him to early checkout he will misbehave and say your time will start 11 A.M.
