Kanatal is a beautiful place and so is the hermitage resorts though it doesn't qualify for a resort but a small well managed and beautifully kept with optimum utilisation of space . All staff always wear a welcome smile and give their best to cater in what ever possible way they can. We have got personal attention and hospitality of the owners and all in all had a wonderful stay . Food is just average but the choice of locations to have it make it somewhat delicious . The only thing I didn't like is the process to get the confirmation . To my utmost surprise the whole of the property was vacant even though it took me a week to get the confirmation for my booking for which I have already paid .. I really appreciate the overall hospitality and comfortable stay ....

Staying in Hermitage was a pleasant experience. Location was very scenic. Hermitage provides value for money. Staff was very courteous and service was excellent. They ensure your comfort. We booked semi deluxe room and got all basic amenities considering its an offbeat hill station. Will recommend this hotel to other who are planning to Karnatal.
