I agree the road approach in a particular area is in bad condition this is due to the heavy rain past days....

Dear Mr.T.Satyadev Greetings from THE HILL SIDE Thank you for giving your review after a gap of 5 months, your stay was in May 14th for night with your brother and a small boy. I think you will aware that before you reached our property i gave a phone call in the morning regarding your arrival time as well as to make your travel more comfortable. Let me clarify the particulars based on your review. 01. In your review you mentioned not be fooled by positive reviews in fact the reviews for our property is based on our service and the relationship what we give to our guest and the comfort level given to them, being i am the owner of the property staying in the same apartment so i can immediately fulfill the guest needs. We treat the guest as if they are our family members only and i am very much keen that the guest should feel they are HOME AWAY HOME. 2. You mentioned to have a own vehicle. Let me clarify that nearly 50% of my guest traveled without their own vehicle. I will communicate with them the place of arrival in ooty either bus stand or any other place, from there they can hire a local auto rickshaws to reach our property the same was organised for you, i accept that the distance from ooty bus stand and railway station will be approx 3.5 to 4 km distance but from the commercial area to our property it is hardly 1.5 km. Normally for the guest not having own vehicle we used to organize either private cab or a bike rental for local sight seeing but you were not interested in availing the facilities. 3. I accept that the road was not in good condition in one or two area on your arrival but this happened because of road work was going on the entire route, the issue was communicated to you once you arrived in our property. 4. I communicate my guest regarding their food activities exactly opposite to our property there is a restaurant of occupy nearly 30 to 40 members but you mentioned it was a small restaurant as well as it has been closed but i thick you visited the road side shop on the way to our property or you may arrived the opp restaurant after breakfast timing, I am really sorry for the breakfast not taken by you. I thick you will not deny that i have provided the morning coffee / tea to you.. 5. I accept that suddenly you had problem with the running water but i immediately responded to the issue because the water was exhausted in our over head tank but in a fraction of seconds it as been resolved i think even you will know the immediate action taken. In your check in dates the ooty was fulling packed with tourist so we had a voltage issues with our electricity so the hot water from the geyser was not sufficient for your 3 members so i provided a bucket of hot water but i initialing communicated not to compromise on the hot water being i can provide a bucket of hot water if your not satisfied for all 3 members. Finally let me apologize if any thing is not satisfactory on your stay and i take this opportunity that no such complaints will repeat for our future guest. Once again thanking you for your valuable feedback........
