The Hosteller Mumbai, International Airport

Stayed at this budget hotel near Mumbai airport — overall a good and quiet experience. Private room was clean, bathroom neat and functional, and basic essentials (towels, soap, tea sachets, kettle etc.) were provided. Free drinking water and a working lift were a plus. Their café served good dinner, though with limited options. Minor room service issues: the TV subscription for IPL matches wasn’t activated despite follow-up, and the app didn’t allow reporting multiple issues at night, even around 8.30pm. Major security issue: Important operations such as web checkin, getting room door OTP and wifi password, ordering food, room service requests etc. have been automated thru app. Opening the Room door supposed to accept the OTP from our mobile/online app. But that OTP was not accepted, rather local staff told me to type room number itself on the door's keypad. I was concerned about such fixed passwords for room door, anyone can easily figure out and enter to our room which is a major risk, IMO. Serious risk issue which must be resolved by management. The hotel premises were clean and well-maintained, but the surrounding locality was noisy, crowded, and dusty. Max 3 cars can be parked inside premises, roadside parking may be difficult, unsafe as roads were smaller and busy. Still, for the price and proximity to the airport, it was a great deal. Hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness and improve the service experience and the serious door password risk issue!!

overall good, quiet stay (stayed in private room, not dormitory). proximity to airport at this price was a good deal to us. premise was neat and clean, lift works, 3 cars can be parked inside premise. outside road is smaller, locality is noisy, crowded, dusty. free drinking water for all. bath towels, essentials were provided in private rooms. bathroom is clean and functions well. dinner at their own cafe was really good, though options are limited. room service need little improvement. i asked about the channel to watch ipl matches, staff told me it's subscription has been made now and told me to check after 5 minutes, but it was not working till we checkout next day. being every requests to be made via online, i tried to report this issue second time, but online app denied me to report ore than 2 issues(?) around 8.30pm. not sure, is it because of the night time or number of issues are limited. anyways, they can improve in this area. rest all fine. wish they keep up the cleanliness.

India's best hostel franchise is very amazing. Just like hotels are luxurious, the hostel is also luxurious. All the amenities are available. Every room, washroom area, campus is well maintained and washroom room and the entire hostel is AC. Sleeping beds are very comfortable. Charging point, night lamp is also available. Locker is also available for keeping luggage. Restaurant, common area and parking are also available in the hostel. If you need anything, you can request online which gets solved within 10 minutes or it will be delivered to you. You don't need to go to the reception. All your work will be done through phone and that too easily. The entire staff of the hostel is very polite and helpful. This has been my best hostel experience till now and in future I will stay in their franchise anywhere. If you are a solo traveler then it is great for you.
