Overall a good hotel . Location nearer to Howrah station. Walkable distance . security of the hotel is good. Room is fine . One thing I observed that they are taking sign of customer at the time of check in the room on a format which mentioned around 30 items are there in room and they are in good condition. If any items found defective later it will be recovered from customer. Problem is that it's not practically possible to check one by one items whether they are in working condition or not . We are going to stay in hotel in a good mood not to verify the their items one by one . What will happen if hotel management ask for compensation for some already damaged items ? These rules need to be changed .

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It's not fancy, but it has its own charm with an old-world feel that adds to its character. I stayed for just one night, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The building shows its age, but that actually enhances the experience if you enjoy a touch of history. Overall, it was a comfortable and safe stay. The hotel also has its own restaurant where I could order food for an extra charge, which was convenient. This place is ideal for short stays or transit, especially since Howrah Station is within walking distance. I’ve attached a picture I took of the Howrah Bridge early in the morning from my room's window.

It was a great experience at 'The Howrah Hotel' I went for a corporate stay. Location is very close to howrah railway station. The ambience is so nice and staff is very helpful. Rooms were clean with basic amenities provided. Can be improved. The food at their restaurant was also tasty. Overall a goood experience.

Hotel achha hai Ground floor (Heritage room) room achha hai but bahut noise hai.. just reception ke side pe hai to noise or disturbance bahut hai isliye ye room book Mt karna.. baki Deluxe room achha hai.. breakfast is very tasty.. location wise good

This is one of the best hotel in Howrah. The food provided here is also very delicious and less oily. The services provided by the staffs are very quick and the ambience of the hotel is also nice.

hotel owner not handover any voucher to me the tv was not working, it was not fixed even after complaining room no 235 staff language is very rough no respectable not respectful wrost hotel

One of the best budget hotels near the railway station. Room / bathroom ok. Food quality is average. Staff always demands tips. Lift too small.
