The Landmark Hotel

The landmark hotel is really awsome and is located in a busy market area giving you accessibility to almost all the amenity. one thing I liked about the hotel is the behavior of the staff be it male or female. Rooms are really very neat and clean. Centralized AC is there ( Fan is not in the room ) to cool the room within few minutes. Hotel has got power backup, power got cut almost 4-5 times during my stay, but hotel staff instantly provided power backup. It was really appreciable. Three things that hotel can improve is - 1. The variety of food to be provided during complementary breakfast 2. Music should be played bit low in the 2nd floor during hoisting any parties as it can sometimes bit troublesome for others staying at 3rd floor or above 3. Staff should take care of Mistibuishi Electric temperature control panel as it gets automatically off during frequent power cuts ( photo is attached in the testimony ) Please pay attention toward this, so that customers don't have to chase hotel staff for making it functionally correct. Rest all, it's a good hotel and I would recommend it !!

Very good hotel located at heart of Muzaffarpur and convenient for those who have work in main city or need to get out of the city without the hassle of navigating through city traffic. The ride to the main city isnt too difficult either with a host of flyovers in place . My room was very comfortable and the check in process very smooth with the reception manned by some very able and polite staff. The breakfast buffet was really really good , in fact well above the standards of many star hotels I have stayed in . I will return here without any hesitation. Food quantity,staff behaviour,service etc.

Went to muzaffarpur for a 3 day business trip , found this wonderful hotel while browsing through the apps . from the movement I reached the hotel check in was so smooth rooms were nice neat and clean the location is quite amazing just located above the Reliance digital Store on the main road Just another 2 km from the railway station staffs were attentive and ready to help you out for any issues and questions room service was nice, food was also good in the price range. Hand special thanks to housekeeping staff for keeping my room neat and clean every time.

Though it's a new property, but some problems were faced by me during my stay. Geyser wasn't working, on my complaint, hot water was provided in bucket. This was boiling water the spills caused burning. For extension of the period of stay, they demanded exorbitant high price which forced me to change the hotel.
