We stayed on the weekened on the 2nd of oct. Since the moment we entered the place we were very happy with the services provided. The room was fine and the place was clean. Food was good as well but when we were going to check out and I got my car to leave it was completely scratched with a sharp object. Its been 2 days now I have been following up and I have got no response at all. I would not like to take names but Im sure the person who I am in touch with very well knows how many times I have asked for a contact of the senior management as all he has to say is that the parking is at your own risk. This doesn't mean the car is completely damaged and no one is answerable at all about the same. Staying in a 5 star you expect your car standing outside to be safe least to expect. Before departing from the hotel I showed the car to the entire staff and there was no sign of empathy and worse was when I spoke to the manager involved who was not present on the property he said wait will get back to you. Still hasn't got back to me with any specific answer or details all he has to say is parking is not our responsibility. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional conduct. I would really appreciate if someone can really look into this on a serious note and get back to me.

I found this place while searching for places near Delhi to visit for a weekend. We had not visited or heard of Mandawa before but we decided to go for it looking at the amazing reviews it had got. We had a wonderful stay with the family. The rooms are big and clean, food is extremely tasty and good quality, and all the staff are very courteous. This place is highly recommended for anyone visiting Mandawa. The haveli is beautiful and we'll maintained. A quaint little town with beautiful Havelis, fresco paintings, and a relaxed holiday.
