rooms are as shown and clean .very helpful staff . restaurant and beeakfast is not recommended yet but hopefully some improvement will be done . . conference hall is good . location is convenient and central with lots of restaurants around but had a lot of traffic . entrance is a bit small but it's fine for Mumbai was very haply and satisfied with the property .

Very bad service experience. Hotel staff took my dinner order then after 1 hour of my calling came to know that they had not prepared the order and told me can't give ordered food and disconnected my call and when i called back they told me that call to reception . PATHETIC SERVICE EXPERIENCE .NOT RECOMMENDED.

if you want to sleep don't choose it..too smelly rooms..toilets and floor are dirty...for a sound sleep i been given a full room freshener as a complimentary gift..been told spray it till you get a good sleep.. that's the service.. location is like you are in a dharamshala

not that great place to be. staff is courteous and respectful. food is ohk. location is ohk. rooms are bit shabby, not so spacious and so is bathroom. price is too high for such rooms.
