The hotel is a new property and hence was very neat and tidy. The washrooms especially were very clean. The room had a heater which kept it warm. The food at the restaurant was tasty and the menu offers a wide variety. The complimentary breakfast was decent. Overall the property was a value for money. We had a comfortable stay. The food was good and the children could play in the garden and made snowman in the snow. Everyone enjoyed their time.

It was a pleasant stay at The Mountilla Resort. View from the property was amazing. All the staff at resort was really helpful and nice. We have got the room upgraded complimentary by the Manager. Food quality and tast was really delicious 😋 Room cleaningness is upto the mark. I recommend everyone to stay once at this Resort without any other second thought.

Wonderful experience. The property has a soothing ambience and their service regarding everything is amazing. Mr. Negi helped us through everything. The food is also delicious. We couldn't complain about even a single thing.

The hotel is not located in kanatal it's located in jwarna and is very inside from Main road.There is nothing in the hotel as much as the money taken. Food quality of hotel is Average and Staffs are very polite and good....

it was a good experience staying at mountilla resort. rooms are clean and facing to valley view. i felt a little bit privacy concern with my room because of passage infront of the balcony and main window.

not worth it if there is no snow dont think of staying here no play area for kids far away from local market limited menu
