Room is not value for money. We stayed in Executive with view room but it was not upto the mark at all. 1.Room were very small in size. Also bed size was very small. 2.Food was not good and it was expensive compared to other hotels. 3.Toilet jet was broken due which water coming inside entire bathroom. 4.Window handle was broken due to which monkey opened the window from outside and came directly came inside room which was very horrifying. 5. They are charging 500 per night for heater. How can guest stay comfortably in room if outside temperature is 5 degree. It is basic needs in winter season and hotel should charge reasonably as guests are not using AC. 6.Wifi was getting disconnected. 7. Overall not that much good experience and not value for money as well.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future......

We had a fantastic time at Novello! The rooms were big, clean, and had everything we needed. It was a delightful experience from start to finish. What made it truly exceptional was the incredibly kind, cheerful, and helpful staff. Their warmth, friendliness, and genuine assistance added immensely to the enjoyment of my stay. The staff were super friendly especially the Manager Mr. Ganesh . We'll definitely be coming back next time !

Amazing location, even better service and extremely spacious clean rooms. Great for family weekend getaways with plenty of activities for kids. I cannot recall when I slept any better. The mattresses and pillows are just out of this world. Will visit again soon. thank you !

The stay has been average. Property is situated in a secluded part if you need to find peace in the hills. Market/Mall Road is about 15 minutes away from the property. Service and food is average. Check-in was given half an hour late as it was not ready. Good

The staff is bit rude and didn't even consider the request to provide blanket to our driver. The deluxe rooms are too small in size to keep your luggage also. its quite pricey as per the facility provided. Even breakfast is excluded.

nice and pleasant stay at hotel the novello mussoorie. we stayed for two nights rooms are good with all the amenities needed and staff is helpful. but there was no tv channels available only you tube can be watched but it's ok.
