The One Hotel

My stay at Hotel The One in Nashik and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel rooms were well-maintained and clean, and the food in the restaurant (Element five) was fantastic. However, the complimentary breakfast was quite average and left much to be desired. What truly marred my stay was an incident with the hotel parking. The parking area is completely open, situated right in front of the hotel and on the road. Unfortunately, someone from the hotel staff spat guthka on my car from the terrace, which is only accessible to staff members. When I reported this to the hotel manager, he showed no concern and did not offer to have my car cleaned. This lack of accountability and customer service was highly disappointing. Overall, while the accommodation and restaurant quality were commendable, the breakfast and the staff's unprofessional behaviour significantly impacted my overall experience.

It's a horrible experience. Firstly it's not a hotel. It's like having a few rooms above a restaurant. There wasn't a proper entrance for this so-called hotel. One needs to squeeze past the restaurant cashier to the second floor for the reception of the hotel.Room was extremely dirty and full of dust. We need at least 50 pictures to show how bad was the maintenance. I have uploaded a few pictures. Water does not pass through the bathroom drain. null in the city seem to have the knowledge of this hotel. The owner seems to have no knowledge of hospitality business. A few domestic servant type guys are cleaning and at the reception.I can keep on writing on my pathetic experience about this property. This property is good for none

I booked a presidential room in the hotel, here is what I found:- 1) The faucet in bathroom was leaking and creating a big mess on the floor from a long time (bad maintenance) 2) Bed was very very soft making it really bad to sit or sleep in + the bedsheets were not clean and had spots on it. 3) I changed the room and the other one was a bit better but still not good enough 4) Lift was down on the day we were checking out and even after the call service guy was not there even after 15 minutes and we had to take out luggage down our self from 3rd floor Over all I wont recommend the hotel to anyone.

Very bad stay. the hotel lacks even the most basic facilities. Do not stay here. total waste of money. We stayed in suite room. - In the morning, even dental kits were not available. after repeated calls an open toothbrush was provided. - Bathroom was not clean. - Breakfast is of very poor quality. even old cooked potatoes were provided directly from the fridge. - No hot water in wash room. - asked for a laundry bag, was provided garbage bag.
