My stay for 7th night was horrible and a nightmare. Me and my wife Kiran Jaggi were staying. We were given a single bed in room no 205 and we both could not sleep whole night. I am a 70 years old senior citizen and my wife is 64 years old senior citizen. You can imagine, how much a sound sleep is essential for us. But we could not sleep. The hotel staff confirmed that all rooms are booked and they can't help us. this time on 7th night it was really horrible, as the hotel was fully booked. which also means that hotel is bothered about it's revenues and is not interested in the well being of its guests, specially senior citizens. I was to take early morning flight ✈️ to Delhi and left the hotel at 6.30 AM. we couldn't sleep whole night.

The hotel is quite posh and well maintained. The views are great and room amenities are amazing. The water pressure in shower is strong so when you come from a tiring trip and want a nice hot shower its feels amazing. All toiletries and towels etc provided. The hotel also provides a standing fan where as most hotels in Leh dont have fans at all. Food quality and quantity was amazing and a lot for 1 person. The breakfast in open air dining space was beautiful. The only issue was the location is close to main street so there is a lot of noise all the time - day and night - especially if your room is road-side. Safety and closeness to main street. Attentive and good staff.

The stay at Hotel Pal at Leh was the best experience in our whole trip. It had beautiful rooms with full heater and 24 hour hot water facility. This is basic in most of the cities but for leh it is indeed a luxury- lift, heater and hot water! Apart from this the food was excellent, staff was courteous and so helpful. I regret not being able to book the last two days as the Hotel was full. Moral of the story:book in advance and never miss chance to avail the luxury of Stonehedge group properties. Loved it and every time I plan leh or nubra, I will choose Pal and The dunes at Nubra Valley. Done

The hotel is upholding its values of being true to the ecology of Ladakh . The construction material and the decor speak of Earthiness, and anesthetics in all aspects. It is also commendable that they are able to stick to no non-veg food . However, the service quality - especially at the restaurant is pretty sad. The staff seems to be unhappy , inexperienced and unwilling to serve. Their communication skills are almost non existent. They either need a change of hands or give hospitality training to the staff. Also the food was too spicy - didn’t look like an authentic chef at work!

Room cleanliness to staff behaviour and amenities provided were all really good except for one thing. There was no AC or fan provided. One standing fan was there as you can see in pictures that is not enough in the months of extreme summer ie. from May to August specially. I visited during August and the room was very suffocative due to which I could not sleep properly. Hotel management needs to work on this otherwise everything was good.

Very small Room. Not Value for Money. Service is very poor. The restaurant closes at 10 PM. Hospitality is very poor especially for Indians. The room is too claustrophobic and small. The previous reviews seem to be paid reviews. No one is sincere enough to inform guests about the facilities. No restaurant service or in room dining beyond 10 PM. The room is too small and claustrophobic

the pal at leh is an awesome hotel offering great food, warmath and hospitality. interiors are very nicely done and staff is very friendly and do their best to give stay and food comfort to the guests- especially north indian food. its close proximity to the main market helps guests visit the market multiple times without fatigue.

We stayed in Pal hotel for a day and experience was really good , starting from Receptionist till checkout everything was perfect . Staff is very kind and helpful , food is really awesome , rooms are super clean . Full value for money . I recommend this hotel with utmost trust to everyone

The hotel infrastructure is new and neat property. But there is nowhere mentioned in the listing that there is no AC available. Upon request, hotel denied refund as well. Staff service is not upto the mark. If you are traveling in summers to leh, dont book this property!

the service was too good. welcome drink was very tasty. They do welcome in special way. staff's are too polite and friendly also very helpful. especially receptionist ladies. room was clean and tidy. heater was but slow. view from room is good.

Had a pleasant stay here. All the facilities required for winter stay is nicely taken care of. Food quality can be improved. Quantity and quality of food is bit less compared to price.
