they have allocated me such two rooms where in one room bathroom louver glass was missing and it was visible from outside which was an absolute security concern so after several complain it have been coverd after one day and in another room there was no ventilation as behind window there was a close Godwon to store hotel material so it was absolutely suffocating whereas I have been requested hotel authority to give a ventilated room though it was non AC and my mother is a respiratory patient. I and my family was a victim of this torture & suffered my valuable holiday time & money & health due to this issue

hotel is good but their check-in process is very slow and irritating. The person on the reception is not well experienced to handle such a big hotel, there is no computer in the reception to check about the guest booking. They had to call their owner or someone else to confirm the booking and payments queries, in the mean time guest has to wait at the reception with a huge lagguge after a tired journey. Overall is a budget hotel.

Hotel's location is good.Room decoration is nice. bathrooms loophole was broken.fan speed so slow and middle of room and bed is so far from it.
