The stay started with a slight hiccup. As soon as we checked in, all tired, found the toilet to be dirty. But the staff immediately responded to our problem and over the next 2 days of stay, we completely forgot that we ever faced any such problem. The staff is really warm and hospitable. From finding us safety pins to no hassle during checkout or extending our stay, we stayed there worry free. The restaurant also has really good food and a hospitable staff. Breakfast has quite a lot of options and the food is tasty. Even for a la carte dinner, they made sure we enjoyed the food and suggested us some places to explore around. Overall, it was a lovely experience. There were a couple of drunk male guests who acted as an element of nuisance. While time and again staring at us during the dinner was still tolerable, it crossed the limit when they tried to follow us to our rooms by waiting for us near the lift. We got ourselves out of jam by avoiding the lift and using the stairs. From the hotel management's side, we didn't face any issue as such.

the pearl , earlier known as southern star has been my regular place to stay at hassan from years.. decent stay, good interiors, good room service and reception food is good, they don't say no to anything you ask for.. very friendly staff. on the areas to improve parking is a bit less, but they manage to find a space for you. ac was noisy , so can be checked. otherwise i am more than happy with this place
