The Prayaraj House

1. The room was not cleaned, so I have to tell them to clean the room after check-in. 2. The bedsheet was not changed and kept the same bedsheet which was used by previous guests. 3. The bathroom was dirty and not cleaned, water leakage in the bathroom. 4. No proper power backup, it was only for 10 min after electricity went off. 5. After all the issues, and complaints, they agreed to change the room but the other room has mosquitos. 6. Receptionist asking for money at the time of checkout, but why? Response from her- She demands from everyone, that's how it's works. Not recommended to stay.

This is hell Worst rooms No ventilation or AC 1050/- RS and more for non AC room 500/- Rs extra charge if you want to use cooler Worst management people and service No towel & no blanket provided They'll intentionally remove AC mains so that AC/ cooler won't run in your room I don't know why these booking apps enter into contract with them

Hotel owner was good, hotel was ok but by mistake I had booked for two room for one-one person instead of two persons each room. Due to this they charged me extra money. If we book one or two person for a room the amount is same then why they charged me extra as it is not fair. The bed is queen size bed and not a single bed for one person.

But not even mirror is available in the room. It is next to the Prayagraj chouki station so you can continuously hear the sounds of trains. The overall experience is pathetic. I will not recommend this hotel.The area in which hotel is situated is a slum. Opposite of the hotel is Rikshaw stand. So lot of chaos.
