Tbh, the service is quite good but I am disheartned with the ambience of the Hotel. If it is mentioned 3 star Hotel, then people ofcourse expect a qualitied ambience. Also the pricing was quite high, in Delhi, it's almost equivalent to pricing of a 5 star Hotel. Raddison Blu or something. But, Lastly, the service is too good. The Managers, the men, are awesome at helping

My overall experience was mixed due to the poor service at Hotel. However Room was good and spacious. Food quality was average, however not worth it as compared to its high price. Specially room service staffs are very lazy as they neither listen to any requests properly, nor they respond tumely. Poor/Delayed service..

Staff was good but experience of food was too bad , I asked them to deliver food in my room as my wife was ill, they said service is not available as some staff is at holiday, they asked to come to dining hall for buffet, that was overpriced

Nice Hotel, disciplined staff, neat and clean property. Location is excellent, away from noise and pollution, still very close to prime tourist spots in Rajgir. Easily accessible. Ample parking space.

A good hotel to stay with families and friends. I faced a few problems as the hot water was not coming from taps in room no 205 but another room 206 in which my children started it was available.

Quality of hotel is poor need renovation of hotel. Toilet and rooms are stiki and bad smell in room and toilet. Lizard are their in room and toilet. I don't recommended this at all.
