The Regal Heritage

Not took much photos but this time they did everything which I do consider for giving a 5 star review. It was my second stay here and not only they had read my previous review, although that was also 4 star review but they noted the small issue which I pointed out for which I did not rate it 5 and they actually made sure this time I do not face any such issue. To be honest they were very welcoming. This time I had booked a family room which had two double beds in the same and the room was having enough space. The washroom were clean and no foul smell this time from the sink or from the outside. The most impressive thing however was food, we ordered dinner in the night and we had taken complementary breakfast while making the booking. In dinner we ordered thali and dosa and we all were having a little cold so we requested instead of rice if we can get roti, they agreed and not only they provided roti but they also still gave rice, which however we had to return but still it shows that they are not here only for money, also the quantity was very good I would say because whenever we order thali it's always a surprise depending on the restaurant how much quantity or the serving we will get but here it was very nice. After travelling for 4 hours we reached here, thus having that quality and quantity was a great thing to get. Then in the breakfast they didn't had buffet but they provided enough options I would say that too in the rooms. In the options they had paneer paratha, aloo paratha, poori sabji (4 poori), sandwich along with chai and coffee. And the quality and taste was way too good. I had to specifically ask the reception person while checking out to send my praise to the chef because it was that good. So in the breakfast we ordered paneer paratha, aloo paratha and poori sabji, along with coffee and chai, and again the quantity of the paratha also were enough and not too small. Best thing was everything was fresh. So everything just great. 5/5. Please maintain the same hospitality and quality. Thank you.

So I would have definitely given 5 stars but for some reason there was a foul smell coming in the washroom basin which couldn't be resolved but all in all it was a great stay here. The location the property and the hospitality all were just amazing. They upgraded our room on the first day and the next day we extended our stay. The room pictures can show that the interior of the rooms are done amazingly. Also the food which we ordered in our room was having good amount of quantity for both the sandwich as well as dosa. Also the Hospitality should be mentioned specifically as they were way too good in greeting and helping for anything. Once our card did not work and we were in a hurry for the event and as we called the reception the guy himself came up to our room and opened the room and gave us the other card. Not such a big thing but generally in these cases we only have to rush to the reception and then they would give us the different card. Also in moving the luggage the person who came with us was very helpful. We also had an event here, which also was managed properly and for each and everything which we requested for was easily arranged and done in the way we asked for. There were people who were available for helping us throughout the function which was a great plus point. Instead of calling them on phone they were physically available which helped us resolving any issue which could have come up. All in all I would say it's a great property to stay in and even have the function in. The hospitality is great. Would definitely recommend for the family as there is a restaurant on the ground floor and the hospitality is great and safe for family.

Fooding is horrible. They served thali with fungal vegetables. Whatever amenities have been listed..those are not upto the mark. They have used Pest control procedure at night without any prior alertness due to which fire alarm was ringing continuously and got worried. But yeah overall Staff behaviour was polite and good for sure.
