The property is ideally located close to the Brahma temple and seems to boast of good infrastructure . But once you step in you are on your own. We arrived late at 11pm and the staff was half asleep . The intercom doesn’t work , the fan in one of the rooms geysers were not working . There was no one to complain too. Seemed like a bunch of local youth unprofessionals managing it . In the night someone was hurling abused from the cottage next doors . Very poor on infrastructure and maintenance . The beds are with hard mattresses and one of them broke with one of us narrowly missing an injury. Needs a complete overhaul

Hotel is fine but they don't have any provision of electricity breakdown this is one of the biggest demerit, cottages are fine, food is good, friendly staff but once you entered into the resort you will find everything is so mess, may be construction is going on, but one thing that I have seen is view that is very mesmerizing that definitely counts.

It was a marvelous experience staying at Pushkar risala resort, it's location is excellent one can have a view of sand dunes at the back of the hotel surrounded by mountain view too rooms are very good and a fine art of architecture nicely planed lawns and a superb experience of food and service .

its was an excellent stay at Risala Resort beautiful location staff was so friendly food seems like we having home made food overall it was excellent stay n worth what we paid may be more then we pay we will plan soon to enjoy at Risala as soon as possible not for 1 night may be more.

the location of the hotel is a bit far from the city...service of the hotel was good...food was also good...it was an average stay experience in this hotel...i think the hotel deserves 2.5 out of 5...
