HOTEL THE ROYALS AND LODGING

Single word - pathetic.. very poor hygiene and room very poorly maintained and worst hygiene. A army of small pests once light is off. And shabby sheets and stained towel. Washroom not maintained. Need care. Would never visit again if not improved. I just entered, went for dinner and came back to see army of cockroaches. Got scared and packed my stuff and checked out right away. Scary.I stayed last year, that time it was OK condition. But now, horrible. Dear owner, you need to invest to keep it hygienic. Visit the property and check.

If possible, please avoid this hotel. They lack basic facility like hot water especially in winters. What they provide to make hot water is plastic bucket with heating rod (a deadly combination by which either the plastic bucket will melt or there can be fire due to short circuit). Apart from this bed mattress are comfortable however they have bed bugs.

Newly built hotel with quality room but the hotel was not completely furnished. The management of the hotel was excellent, cleaning was well maintained only difficulty we had to face its location very far from the city center but it was near to Airport.

Very bad hotel to stay. No clean room. Dust everywhere. Pillows were dirty. Bedsheets were not clean. No clean bathrooms. Very compact rooms. No hot water. Room service was little good though. No restaurant for food.
