First of all let me mention that is is not a "hotel" hotel. It is a very different experience all together. We reached early without informing Kinkar (the owner of the place) and were settled in our cottage in less 10 minutes with a hot cup of tea! The cottage was clean and the bathrooms were big. There is a TV inside the cottage but I doubt you would be spending much time inside. Rustic Pine is about 10 odd kms from the city and ideal for those who want to relax during their vacation. The location was safe and spacious and the surroundings were beautiful. There is a swimming pool with a section for kids as well. The icing on the cake is the lounge which comes alive at night with great music and lights. The service was prompt the the food preparation was very hygienic and food tasted just like home! I went there with my wife and 11 month old and all of us enjoyed ourselves. 5 stars for the owners of the place for bringing in Rajasthan, Goa and Manali in one place! Highly recommended for the sheer warmth and hospitality.

A new property which started one month back. It is at such a Serene location that you would fall in love with the place. The cottages are built of pine woods, and the smooth tint of Pinewood would make you feel fresh and fabulous while you are inside the cottage. Sleep quality is just amazing. I loved the washroom as it was very spacious and clean. However, they could put in more amenities to make it grandeur.Though i know, they are actively working on this and many other aspects and need some more time.The kitchen wasn't fully developed, and work was in progress, Hence the menu was limited, but anything, if informed in advance, was wonderfully executed. Food is awesome especially the chicken they had suggested and served, and it was just yummy. Though their lounge is yet not complete and pool i was informed would take three days more, I will still rate them five as I saw them all working towards bringing these facilities up, and their owners are absolutely fantastic with excellent hospitality.

I would start as it's a nice place to stay away from city,calm and serene.Suggest to keep a vehicle because there is no convenience to reach to this place.owner is great and work hard to reach each one satisfaction.Helpers are not so supportive.Cottage stay was good but few things need regular maintenance like geyser was leaking and not working.there was no Almirah.We stayed for two days but regarding room service there is no concept.No room phone.As I was with my wife it seems unsafe also in night 12 someone rang the doorbell which made her quite uncomfortable there were parties going on guys were faging and boozing which makes it little unsafe with family.for guys only it's a perfect place.food was good and economical.Night travel to this place is not safe as way is quite aloof.

Location mind blowing, no need of any photo I'd or address proof, understaffed but polite, kind enough to upgrade our room, laundry person was on infinite leave(thank goodness we carried our own towels).whole night loud music right next to our cottage...owner rude on asking to lower the music.A group of 15-20 boys drinking right next to us.. felt very insecure as we were just 2 ladies Mom and me.(owner falsly told that sound won't reach inside the cottage) we believed it was sound proof but it wasn't. just a humble request to the owner if he wants to conduct night long parties in his farm house turned "resort" he shouldn't take any bookings on those days.

Five stars to the Owners who are running the hotel for all their efforts. The rustic cottages are really designed beautifully with nice clean bathrooms ( they need exhaust fans although). Nevertheless well ventilated rooms and cottages. Recommended for bachelors and students for parties. For families traveling from far , the access road to the place seems a little abandoned. And they need improvement on their staff's training. Finally for the Owners .... you require a nice name plate which can be visible in the night from far also :-)

Enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Very exotic and peaceful location, ideal for those who wants to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature, have fun.. This property is managed by two young guys who are very supportive for anything you want. A bit slow with service, but can be excused. If you are of the kind who wants everything at the same moment then this place is not for you. Go enjoy, party to the fullest, enjoy the music in the evening.

room service not done. very far from the main city. in 1 night stay I told them that water is not coming in bathroom. no any facilities of intercom in the room so I have personally wondered to find the person who is handling the hotel. there is no any cupboard in the cottage. no any hanger for towel or napkins. they have not changed towels and napkins also in my room. very poor experience. cheap guest house is good than that.

This place is perfect for those who plan to lay low during the day, and start chilling during the evening. By night u can go loud or just enjoy nature with a lovely mix of chillout music. Ideal for people travelling with friends or partner. Their cottages are just supreme and freah and u can smell the pinewood fragrance day and night. Also, having ur own car will provide an extra edge in exploring the surroundings

it's not spacious place as shown. peaceful and quiet place. staff are good and food so tasty. not to choose dish. not hotel treatment. nobody cum to carry luggage. nobody cum to clean room. nothing amenities not worth money. nice hotel in same rate. but I luv dis place. I recommend for who just need relax and those who want to throw party. not cover area uber and ola. but dey provide drop inside city.

Amazing experiance..the owner him self help you for your luxury needs.. the food was awesome.. atmosphere was pleasent.. all the amenities.. the main attraction was most of things made by pine wood.. the mysterious frangrance of that will make you fall in love with the entire extereor and also intereor.. service was nice. The distance doesnt matter bcoz of its qualities

Its an awesome place, specially starting evening. As the sun starts to set, so does the place starts to transform into a paradise with great music, excellent ambience and a chill time by the pool or with friends on the rooftop. We felt like lost in nature. Good authentic food. Ideally for people planning on staying up late at nights, or for couples or groups.

Rustic Pines surrounded by serene mountains. However the place is very far from the main city area if you dont have your own vehicle one should avoid going here. No public transportation/Ola/uber available around it. Talking about service and amenities it was very average.
