The Satpura Panchtatva Villa | Rooms & Wi-Fi

we as a group of 15 stayed here for couple of days. must say that the food provided was really great and the rooms are also quite ok. but the owner was quite adamant and equally arrogant in offering the food options. he is just taking advantage of the lack of options guests have for food thus exploiting people with not giving options and asking people to go outside for food if we don't agree to their demand. infact we had to go our for food since he was quite adamant in not giving us a second option. there is no price provided on the menu. the charges levied on milk and tea are quite heavy. charged 80rs for a glass of milk. please be aware that this villa is just a normal one located in a village. the owner is just too greedy and the only intention is to just exploit people in the name of hosting a villa. he just has to understand that in any business customer satisfaction is the mantra unfortunately it's not the case. mind you all we are asking is that the food delivered needs to be flexible since we are having kids in our group but in vain as the motto is quite different. he just needs to understand and grow. i am sure he would in the time ahead.

Wonderful stay in Wonderful property. This villa has 4 rooms only which are big and beautifully designed. The room Aakash has the best view. staff was very cooperative. we earlier booked the room which was on ground floor but after reaching there they changed it to upper floor. only vegetarian food is served. food was very tasty and you can tell your own choice of food as well. only minus point was there toiletries. they provide Biotique products which are very good but unfortunately one of them was expired 2 years back. Just because of that I deducted one star, otherwise property and hospitality was top notch

the property location is near to safari gate, but the access road is in not so good and it pass through a locality. if traveling alone or with friends , the place is ok, but no activities for kids. breakfast was good and it is a pure veg place

The service and hospitality is beyond expectations. It was one of the best experiences. The crew is very humble and soft spoken. They managed everything for the boat ride and the jungle safari. They really pampered us. The food is awesome.
