Serai is just a word. Whateva they promise they dont fulfill. And the reason is excused in name of covid. Whn u enter the property they will on the drums to make u feel oh such a nice place but then the real fun starts . Safari is tax which is not included on the rich package. Secondly no activities and pool is closed. Request u not to choose the property its waste of each penny . Whn u enter room no view from the balcony . Totally waste. Whn u order toiletries they get u after an hr after u hv taken bath and no sorry for it. Room service is included if u order food in room. Plz go to restaurant and eat if u dont want to gv free pennies to them. Whn they bring food they forget raita salad. They again go and get after ur food is cold or either completed. There is one guide who will take u 10 min walk inside tat property amd tats called nature walk for them. Total waste. No hiking no taking for any walk outside nth. I totally wasted . No view nth was at all good except their food . Also breakfast is not buffee u hv to order. And if u ask tat person 4rth or 5th tym they will make faces as though they hv paid for our breakfast. Total waste. Plz dont visit. It was just kerela was locked up so we din had any places to go in the last momemt. And ended up sulking No proper service. Its just waste. Not a single thjng is worth

Really a good experience, no problem sat all, everything was well settled and we really enjoyed our stay....a little problem i faced to find the location of the hotel because its a Bandipur area and its a forest area and the signs are not adequate to the hotel actually we were lost while finding or searching for hotel. I think the directions needs to be more clearly specified..its a well maintained hotel, services are also very good and hotel is very far located from the city.

I got a breakfast which was a part of my package stay and nothing was complimentary.The food tasted Okaish. The stay was value of money stay.Though I found that the location of the hotel is very poor as their are two alternatives to the hotel shown on the Gps and the road connectivity to the hotel is very bad.

excellent location and very good ambiance and superb facilities and fantastic spa but given 4 rating becoz of limited menu, we were there 2 days but we know all menu that's only disappointed apart from this everything is fine. we are very disappointed becoz pool is closed as goverment regulation.

Loved the experience. There isn't any other resort in Bandipur that can beat Serai. I has been to windflower too but Serai is better. It was wonderful. I strongly recommend this resort for couples and families. Bachelors may not like it as Alcohol is prohibited.

Resort is well maintained. Staff is quite professional, Food is good too. But Safari's in bandipur are disappointing. there is a fixed route. And we could not sight Animals in forest. Jeep Safaris are for just 1 hour and on fixed route.

A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX WITH SERENE ATMOSPHERE SURROUNDED BY GREENERY. CLOSE TO THE FOREST MAKES TI UNIQUE. THE PLACE IS MADE WITH GREAT TASTE. STAFF A VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL.

The resort location is quite far and at the end of the forest, but it is good. The services are very good, and the food tastes great. Overall, it was a very good experience.

It was a good stay. The only reason why i love this place is for the view. Its not worth the price if you are staying at other rooms apart from residence which has view.
