The Sunaina

So beautiful and well maintained! It is a hidden gem near Assi Ghat in a decent residential area. The owner and staff are cooperative and friendly especially Mr. Harsh. You can ask any sort of help and they will try their best to guide you accordingly. The room was outstanding. (You can find out by looking at my uploaded photos.) I was a solo traveller and booked a deluxe AC room so it was quite spacious for me. The AC was working fine, the room was clean and so was the bathroom. It is a great place to bring kids. There are parrots and believe me all of them are very friendly. Being a wildlife lover, it was heaven for me to sit there and interact with them. There is a local wooden art gallery where you can get wooden items at very affordable prices. There is a cafe as well for quick bites. In short, it was a great stay. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone traveling to Varanasi. I would definitely stay at this homestay if i ever visited this city again. We had stayed for 4 days and it was very pleasant and soothing. The rooms are clean and reasonably spacious and have all the required amenities and they have prompt room services too. Breakfast is tasty. Harsh is very sincere, accommodating and helpful and his staff is surprisingly amazing. Also this place is nearby to almost all the tourist attraction and they arrange for the sightseeing too which adds one more wing to their excellent hospitality. The most wonderful thing about our stay was that I never felt I am away from home . The whole team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable .Be it sightseeing, trying out local delicacies or street shopping there was someone always accompanying us from his team. Altogether it was amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and I would also love to visit again . Rooms are somewhat small. Washroom needs little renovation. The hosts/caretaker are very very helpful. They will guide you with everything that they know. Also they have one attendant who has tuk tuk and will take you wherever you want at standard price, also will take you for full sightseeing. They have a backyard where kids can roam and have parrots in common area , kids will enjoy them. It’s near to assi ghat . Assi ghat is little far from Kashi Vishwanath main temple , some 20 mins in morning 30-40 mins in daytime traffic. My host experience was very good , they are really helpful and caring.
