I recently had the pleasure of staying at your esteemed hotel, and I would like to share my experience. Overall, I would rate my stay as a solid 4-star experience. Firstly, the interior of the hotel is very impressive. The design and decor exude a sense of elegance and comfort, making it a visually appealing place to stay. The ambiance created by the thoughtfully chosen furnishings and decor elements truly enhances the overall experience. I found the hotel to be worth every penny. The amenities provided and the quality of service offered are commendable, making it a great value for money. The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, which added to the positive experience. One of the standout aspects of my stay was how homely the hotel felt. It was almost like a home away from home, providing a sense of warmth and comfort that is often hard to find in hotels. This aspect made my stay particularly enjoyable and relaxing. However, I would like to suggest some improvements in the cleaning services. While the overall cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, I noticed that there is room for improvement, especially in the toilet cleaning. Ensuring that the bathrooms are spotless would significantly enhance the guest experience and elevate the hotel’s standards even further. In conclusion, my stay at your hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable. With a few improvements in the cleaning services, particularly in the bathrooms, I believe the hotel can easily achieve a 5-star rating. The rooms were absolutely not maintained. Dirt on the floor, dirt on the tabletops, toilet hand faucet won't work, dirty bedsheets and blankets, taps covered in hard water marks, dirty buckets, bathroom walls and doors, cockroach in the room... The list goes on. Looked worse than a cowshed. Since I had no other choice and the payment was already made, I had to stand there and get the room cleaned to a level I could at least enter it. Will never recommend this place.

I booked here for 2 nights. Nice property and room designs are nice. Good car parking space available.Only issue is the maintenance is not upto mark. Because of hard water there are water marks on all steel taps and basins, ceramic tiles and basins and buckets etc. With a proper acid cleaning of bathroom and basins every 15 days they can look really clean . Without cleaning they look dirty and little unhygienic.

Really hotel atmosphere and interior is good. but, dirty toilet, used pillow cover, use bedsheet and Unclean floor. Wifi is not proper working.
