one of 3rd grade hotel of banaras. no television working, no dental koy, no shaving kit, unnecessary charges over the food, too much costlier food. worst taste of food. unresponsive service desk of the hotel. this is truly a genuine feedback. never Stay in this hotel if you want peace.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the Banaras (Maduadih) railway station. Room was clean and well furnished, toiletries and towels were provided. The staff is courteous and helpful. Food quality is also good. I had a short stay but it was pleasant at this place.

Good hotel with good service and location in awesome staff is friendly and good Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.very good hotel for family.

Hotel was very neat and clean , next to Banaras Junction , rooms were spacious too . Night staff was really helpful, only issue was with check out timing which was before 11 am that was too early since the check in timing was 2 pm .
