1) It was a pleasant and comfortable stay in the Hotel. Good Budget Hotel in Prime location. 2) Hotel is located near to Jaipur Railway station and Sindhi camp bus stand. 3) We arrived Hotel at 11 pm in extremely cold night, but still Hotel Manager was very well prepared for our arrival and help us Checkin quickly. 4) Hotel only provide Tea and breakfast facility. However location of Hotel is good, one can easily find places to eat nearby. Good food options are available nearby like Dhaba's and restaurants. 5) Hotel manager and staff is very cooperative and friendly, helped us finding nearly places and food options. Hotel service is excellent. 6) One can easily find Public conveyance near to Hotel in case someone want to travel through local conveyance. 7) I along with my Family travelled first time to Jaipur with my kids and very Happy with Hotel service. Nice Hotel for family stay. 8) I will recommend this Hotel for family stay at Cheap cost.

Overall had good stay... Only issue is dynamic pricing... On first booking GST was not applicable but on 2nd day day GST was charged.. For the same room.. Dont know how come... Hotel should coordinate with go Ibibo and resolve the issue...

super stay at surbhi palace.. coprative staff.. we reach early without prior intimation,, still they help us & provide early check in at nominal charges.. even food is also tasty & economical.. nice location.
