Ambience of the resort is beautiful, also Service of the staff was good enough but noise of the generator right beside the room and continuous barking of the dogs ruined the peace. Meal was really not good as we experienced stale food, Nevertheless it was replaced. Staff and owner are cooperative and arranged for the gypsy but I think it is "must have service". They could really improve many things. Bed in the room was making noise and disturbed the sleep throughout the night. They arranged change of the room but it was not much of use. They claimed availability of the sports material but some were not available and some were not in working condition. Overall experience was average.

Owner Nishant and his Co Staff, was very cooperative, specially families having todlers, food is very good quality, feels pricy food but its good rather than runnung arround cheaper food and loosing safari time. newly renovated rooms, helping for arranging safari tours. good parking space, small but clean and well maintained gardan.

Had a wonderful stay at this place, the owner and the staff are super friendly and really helpful. A group of cosy cottages amidst Pench, a place where you can relax and chill. Food is amazing, we tried around 10-12 items from their menu and every item was tasty! The best bang for your buck hotel in Khawasa!!

Small cottages in the midst of all the chaos of the big Pench resorts. Decent and clean rooms. Great food at the restaurant. Flexible and accomodating owner and staff.
