Reason behind my low stay Rating are listed below - 1. Allocated wrong room during arrival even after advance booking. 2. Hotel management changed my room 2 times every next day due their internal issues. So I was bound to shift with luggage & my family. So disturbing it was. 3. Also room bathroom water supply was stopped several times. I was staying with my family, so anyone can understand what a horrible condition I have faced. Etc. However hotel staff behavior was good, actually they don't have more open hand to do anything more. All are driven by management only. Thanks.

I booked a superior room On arrival I was given 201, the room had not even a fridge then how it was superior However, due to a fault in the fan, for one night I was shifted to 501 the same category room But, 501 was totally different and looks like superior category room I feel cheated and demand refund for 2 nights stay in 201

Hotel service are so pathetic. First the toilet water not stooping after using the toilet i call the mechanic to stop the water. Second ac was not working tv was not in working condition. Room tarrif rates so high and food was not so good. I captured the video of toilet seat blowing water no option for uploading here

By promising me of flexible check out timings which the host hotel was not aware I was forced to pay extra charges of close to 1700 . When I contacted they tendered snd apology orally and closed the topic. The caller was rude enough to disconnect the call.

Their service is poor. They seem to be understaffed. 50% of the items in the menu card are not available. The rooms are good but many things like refrigerator, table etc. are missing. This is not worthy of being a Sarovar group hotel.

The hotel is very close to Railway station 800m. I do not know why there are some bad ratings. May be something wrong expectation. They are maintaining their professional things.. Very nice

Don't know why some reviews are negative. It's an excellent hotel. Very good staff. Spacious rooms. We enjoyed staying here. Also has a very good South Indian Restaurant, just next door
