Very Disappointed – Not at all as shown online I usually don’t write such reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this so that others don’t go through the same experience we did. We booked Mother’s Bounty by Lazo Resort in Madikeri hoping for a peaceful family holiday—but what we got was completely different from what’s shown on the internet. The room was in terrible condition. The beds were broken, uncomfortable, and barely holding together. The bathroom was unhygienic and not properly cleaned. The windows had torn mosquito nets, and there were cobwebs, dust, and open wires in the room. Even the TV wasn’t working, and the whole setup looked like it hadn’t been maintained in a long time. To make things worse, the staff was not at all friendly or helpful. When we tried to share our concerns, no one seemed to care. This place is not at all suitable for families. It’s really disappointing when you book something based on pictures online and arrive to see something entirely different. Please think twice before booking here. Really a beautiful view but it was completely a different experience for me photos related to the room and there a lot of change staffs were very friendly but a person in the reception was very rude there was no proper wifi in the room we had wifi only in the reception area and even asked them for room changes or anything alternative but they didnot take a call tgey even asked extra money for the room with wifi no cuboard or shelf no wifi no ventilation in the room really a bad stay! I never suggest this stay or never recommend anyone to book a stay

food is too good and very very pocket friendly must try baby corn fry in the starter, curd rice is not in menu but they make nicely if u request, veg noodles are amazing,Aloo Paratha and must try manchow soups and hot and sour soup outside it 190 and here it's 75... good food take time order early . rooms are bit hot but we manage better book AC room , pool is not good if u want to use just say one day before property is good nice playing area

there was a huge spider and grasshopperthe stay was very horrible , with open windows without protection from insects , and the room was smelly without basic amenities like desk near the bed or room service or cupboard, besides i got so scared when i saw grasshopper and spider . my name sent to hotel was wrong tooi wouldn’t recommend to anyone for booking a hotel as i had a horrible experiencethe spider and grasshopper was inside the washroom

Location little far (6km) from tourists place but also in the resort i like the foods,hospitality are awesome especially Irfan bro (resort manager) helped for rental scooter and tour guidance . if you want budget friendly resort with good food you can book this resort

Resort is amidst the forest and serine beauty but pool timing is tricky and rooms are average, won’t allow you to say more than 2 in one room had to buy other room for 1 person , but the food is very good.

Hotel is average, alcoholic drinks are not allowed. Room facilities need an upgrade. Room service and restaurant needs upgrade.
