Excellent stay experience, helpful and friendly staff service,I would like to share my feedback, I would like to appreciate esspecially about a staff who helped me ,staff name is HARSHITA who is working as front office staff,she had provided timely help and support during my stay,one incident I would like to mention is that i had forgotten my mobile phone charger,the staff who I mentioned HARSHITA helped me by providing mobile charger,even after when her shift timings got over,

this my 3rd time visit to townhouse 038.... evrythng is fine ,ambience is good ,service is good ,but this time there was a small issue with the water supplying but it was resolved within 4-5hrs after the resolving,evrythng is good..just 4-5hrs prblm that there was no water....... but service and all is good , behaviour of the staff is very impressive good this time..

During my recent visit to Bangalore, I stayed at **** Townhouse at 2 different places Both properties are too good. BF, Staff, Services were very good. Newly build Hotels, Neat and clean rooms, centrally located, markets are nearby. I will stay again and strongly recommend to all to go for it.

A good budget 3+ star category hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights and staffs were very friendly. Rooms are specious and hygiene. Good speed wifi is providing to the customers. Food is good and served on time. Thank you for your service.

Stay was good. One issue was that management is missing most of the time. Difficult to get things done cause regardless of what time you call the service desk, no one's available to pick.

There is no coffee maker in the room even though the pics shows it. Reception says that it is only for pics. Everything else is clean and good.
