I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed that the washroom handle was broken, making it difficult to use. This was just the beginning of a series of disappointments. The bedding and pillows were visibly dirty, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. It was clear that the housekeeping staff did not thoroughly clean or inspect the room before my arrival. This lack of attention to cleanliness is unacceptable for any hotel. To make matters worse, the TV in the room was not working. After a long day of travel, I was looking forward to relaxing with some entertainment, but that wasn’t possible. Adding to the discomfort, I discovered an alcohol bottle left in the almirah, which raised concerns about the room’s cleanliness and safety. This is not something one expects to find in a well-maintained hotel room. Overall, my stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to others. The management needs to address these issues immediately to improve the guest experience.
