The rooms are good but the staff was so bad and not trained properly they don't know how to manage and my checkin time is 12pm i reach at the hotel at 1pm and still i have to wait for 45 mins and they continuesly saying we don't have rooms and after that when i order something infect the water bottle they took almost 2 hours they don't know how the management works.

For cLotHes not there a singLe wardrobe/almirah When i tell hotel management’s to provide 2 towel then they say we will provide and then i tell them to provide soap shampoos & body lotion or oiL I received only a soap nothing else Food quality’s not good Hotel Townhouse 1293 Infinity stays, Gurgaon was so Bad.

the rooms are very big and spacious. the service is very slow. we asked to clean the room at 11am in the morning and it was finally cleaned at 6 in the evening. place is good but service needs a lot of improvement.

Bad customer experience extremely unhelpful reception. Fancy menu but food not is available . you will hear No for each and everything you request while your stay at this hotel.

Extremely disappointed! Room wasn’t ready even at 3pm. Got the cleaning done in front of myself. Finally room was ready at 3:30pm. Untrained staff. Very bad service.

reception person demand more money even if successful booking or if customer does not give then don't allot the room.... cheating with customers....

tv is not working . room is ok but it's not clean . food quality is just ok . I think their is no power backup too. overall I will not recommend .

The property owner didn't allow me to stay there. They told me that room is booked by the name of Deepak. Deepak has to be there.
