Super Townhouse OAK HOTEL Heritage Heights

the experience is horriblethe room was dirty, geyser , tv is not working, i have booked two rooms they have not cleaned the room the bedsheets, towels, toilets and washroom was not clean at all, if you book this hotel the hotel manager will ask you for extra money they will state that we sell rooms for more that per rooms, the basic amenities was also not provided the location of hotels is also not accessible,if you ask for anything they will say we can't provide you this, we can't fix tv and geyser we cant clean towels or bedsheets or will can arrange you tommorow if in case possible.please do not book this hotels

While the hotel's location was convenient for our work, our experience at Townoak Heritage Heights fell short of expectations, particularly in the deluxe room. The lack of basic amenities, such as a kettle for coffee or tea, was disappointing. The food was average and needed improvement in quality, quantity, and cleanliness. Although the staff were courteous, both the services and facilities require a significant need for improvement. The management should address these issues to enhance the quality of their rooms and services to meet the expectations of their guests.

They refused to refund n also refused for another room.And said very high charges for another room.Geyser is also not available in washroom, and main door , & washroom lock is broken. And the manager badal misbehaved… and he said go out side from property and demand for extra more money..

1. Room was not clean. It was smelling bad 2. No Wi-Fi access to the corner room. 3. Ac was dusty 4. Heater was not working, no hot water 5. No bottled water. Water was given in an old opened bottle
