1. Used bed sheets, blanket covers and pillow covers provided. At least got changed after an argument. 2. Toilet seat broken.3. Shower not working. 4. gave an option to book with breakfast and lunch inclusion with which I booked. hotel ignored any such meal.No water bottle or toiletries provided.Washroom wasn't clean.They charge for early check in as well. I paid 400 extra for that. Also haven't provided with any bill for the same. I even asked for the bill but staff ignored it.for me it was horrible horrible experience. have stayed in great hotels at this price point.

The hotel is good and clean. Hygiene and safety measure are followed. Everything is perfect but our stay was not that pleasant. Kinda bad experience to be frank. Initially the check in process was sick. They didnt allow check for the price i paid so had to call the oyo office and get this situation solved. After that the complimentary things that were supposed to be provided were not given. Had to ask for it multiple follow ups. Kitchen and reception operate separately and have no link. Things are a mess here. Never experienced this kind of stay experience.

This hotel was bad experience 1)Fan was sounding 2)Hot water not available at morning hours 3)No water at Washbasin4)Hand wash not available5) Bedsheet not cleaned6)Small insect were in room7)I informed to the reception to change the room but they didn't changed.8)Pillow cover not cleaned 9) Main door handle not working.10) Bathroom was unhinged.I'm very disappointment to say worst experience in my life.I would like to inform you plz take care if any guest arrived cleanness is most important thing for a hotel stay.

it was a horrible experience!!! first of all I was refused to check in as they told me to pay extra RS 500 .next thing --- there was no water in the toilet. I had to call the reception at 2 am and they were so relaxed to solve the problem that no water till 6 am. I will ge big thumbs down.

It's a decent property with easy access to main road and draw back is that it's shuts down the hotel for a month or two then re opens it again, as my friend usually stay here for transit via bangalore They have limited spacious Rooms
