Staff's bevaiour is very good . They are very polite and ready to help . Room also neat and good .But the main issue is toilet flush was not working properly !!TV also not working !!.. They changed the TV , but that one also not working !.They told in this hotel only 3 or 4 TV is working !!... I complaint regarding toilet 🚽 flush, from ther answer I came to know that it was not working for the last 1 month .So the issues are not with the Staff, it's with the Hotel management , coz management knows the issues , but they are not willing to fix the issues .

The best hotel in madhapur. budget friendly and very clean and peaceful. management is very friendly manner. fecilities: AC. Hot water, TV , Wifi, lift, bike parking . Pros: Middle of the city. walkable from Durgam cheruvu metro station, Clean beds and good ventilation rooms. cons: Noise from vehicle sounds , No Towel / soaps , Best budget friendly for family and couples. 9/10

When you pay 1000 rupees for a room, you cannot expect the best of furnishings/amenities. But what you can certainly expect that the washroom fixtures must function properly, switchboards just not be broken, dust should not be seen on table tops/corners etc. The maintenance of the room was quite poor. One can book only if they have to spend very little time at the room.

It's a nice hotel but better to confirm with the hotel management once the booking was done because sometimes hotel management won't accept bookings and such things were not updated to us, We need to call hotel and confirm whether booking was confirmed or not to have smooth checkin without any disturbances

Wonderful stay at hotel townside hitech, budget friendly, frequent room cleaning, friendly staff reasonable price. Many nearby places walkable.food stalls within hotel radius. I suggest the best reasonable place to stay for long enough and with in days..

the hotel is good. but no restaurant facility and no water bottles will be provided. however on first floor there is mandi king restaurant and also many other restaurants near by.
