An excellent property to spend blissful time, away from all hustle bustle. It's within the binsar sanctuary with an exciting drive within the reserve. The last 600 mts aren't for the faint hearted! The resort takes care of that.. Loved the property and the area around.. one can easily spend two days without needing to step out anywhere! The rooms are well kept and comfortable with a royal touch to them and ask the interiors.. The chef is excellent with a great touché to the food and lip-smacking preps. Found the place a little confused on whether they are a "overpriced homestay" or a "correctly priced resort"! At times we were told that the kitchen was closed, or that they couldn't serve in the room (which was 10 feet away from the kitchen) ... very petty stuff coming from a resort where one is paying handsomely to be looked after well... Overall, an excellent place to be with the hope that the staff will be more warm.

TOL Grand Oak Manor is a 2 star property with a 5 star staff hospitality. 1.Room comfort is poor but their staff do their best to elevate your experience. 2.Approach road is very tricky but if you are off-roading lover, you gonna love it. 3. food is very good. 4. one thing which is not covered generally in reviews that apart from hotel bill, you have to pay for forest entry fee as well which will be 150 per person plus 250 per vehicle. 5. As they are powered by solar and Genset, Room heater work between 7.30PM to 10.00 PM only. 6.Best part of staying their is you can connect with nature. sunset and sunrise are the sight you pay for. 7.if you are traveling with elderly or infants, do think twice. 8.GPS will mislead you so do stay in touch with hotel. personal view, I would love to visit this property again all because of mesmerizing view and extremely courteous hotel staff.

It was amazing experience. The best part is the location. Its so beautiful in the morning n terrifying at night as the hotel is at hill top. U cannot roam around at late evening. We were only guest there when we visit it. Service was good. It like a luxury treatment at hill top. Morning is beautiful. U should take a early walk in the morning for mesmerizing view. Cleanliness is good. Staff is friendly. But one should go on a group trip to have more fun at such location.

it is on too high to go by a normal car,must be off roader,must go with two or more family,no any other option for fooding.its lot of natural beauty,sun rise,sun set , every thing is netural.great experience.. too much on hight,no other fooding option, nothing for kids entertainment.if any body want peace then it Better option,other wise... ...

Adventerous roads with extra charges for entry in wildlife Sanctuary. No accommodation for drivers which comes with an additional expenses. Food is ok type. Staff is good Extra charges for room service which goes on negative side.

main road to hotel journey is horiable, no proper road, with the entire journey, for aged people is life threat. When you reach there no chance to return to outside, because they provide you only pickup and drop.
