The standard room was value for money especially with the breakfast included. As usual there was that strong damp smell due to a lack of proper sunlight which got improved with a room freshener and by opening the big glass window. The best thing was the taste and quality of the food. We had South Indian cuisine for dinner. The only thing we were dissatisfied with was a not so clean washroom. The basin was not clean and the toilet paper was so old that it had gotten black with fungus. Every hotel must have women staff and this one certainly did.

It's awesome to stay in this hotel. Hustle free check in. Staff behaviour is very good. The rooms are very big, the washroom and room are both clean and hygienic. AC and TV working fine. You will get a complementary breakfast along with your hotel booking. But it's my humble request to kindly keep more options to have for breakfast. Poha and Idli are good and healthy food but for everyday I can't eat. Food quality is also very good. In a word it's lovely

It's an awesome stay. I really like the hotel location and staff behaviour. Hustle-free check in. food quality is also very good. Local transport is very nearby. They provided morning breakfast which includes your hotel booking. It's my request to kindly keep some more options in breakfast. The rooms are very big and clean. In a word it's an awesome stay.

Pathetic hotel... i stayed in room no. 209.. AC was not working and by the time someone came into my room.. opposite room was also shouting regaring the same complain.. only reception AC was fine rest all the AC was set on pre temperature as told by hotel staff... room with spider webs...they should work on their room AC

the service was superb, and the hotel staff maintained excellent hygiene. everything was on time, and even though i exceeded my check-out time, they handled it very smoothly. the room was cozy and comfortable. i would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting ranchi.

I booked this hotel but I don't stay here after saw there rooms. very bad experience. I don't seen never or ever this type of hotel. Rooms are so dirty and unhygenic specially bathroom was smelling very bad. It was horrible experience. Totally waste of money

The location is near to the market area, entry and parking is pathetic. Staff behaviour was good and cooperative. Rooms, Lift, AC need to be upgraded. Food was just okay. Full of ants and spider webs in the toilet. On request, that has changed the rooms.

Hotel has lots of Dampness and moisture on walls and smells in room and bathroom. there is drainage issues. I will not recommend. hotel infrastructure is good but dumpnes and moisture create big issues

Pathetic room, intolerable smell, location is hardly accessible, no cab, auto goes to this location due to narrow road. A big NO to stay in this hotel
