Treebo Cocostay, Hadapsar

Though I enjoyed my Stay at Cocostay, but the same could have been better. - Did not receive a Bottle of water at the welcome - Only Paratha and Sheera was there in the Breakfast menu - Full marks for Cleanliness and timely service - Location is in very distant area - Smart TVs with presubscribed apps ( which was really good ) Here One major incident I want to highlight, I stayed in 301 Room, and the adjecent room was having renovation work going on which I saw during check-in, now next day in the morning a worker guy mistakenly opened our door without knocking or ringing the doorbell, It was my mistake as well that I didnt locked the door from inside thinking its Auto locked from out as normally the practice with other hotels as well, but to my surprise he just opened the door, looking at me and then apologiesed after knowing his mistake and left. Here the Hotel staff should have guided/ educated him properly but It Just Happened.

I reached the hotel at 3pm still the room was not ready and got the room at 4pm Rooms are spacious but there is no balcony, in the pictures related to hotel there are balcony which does not exist The bathrooms are stinking and has bad adour I stayed for 3 night, until we request rooms are not cleaned and water bottle and tea and coffee bags are provided on the first day after that they don't give, water bottle we need to request Breakfast was average, for an omlete they charged Rs110/- AC deck water are dropped in the bath tub through a connected pipe, so can't use if we use the skin will get affected Overall not worth for money, need to maintain cleanings

It was a nice stay at Treebo Cocostay,Pune. Staff was professional. The property was very clean and neat. complimentary breakfast was reasonably good. recommended for solo and business travelers 👍 Professional attitude, Neat and Tidy property.

hotel charges an extra amount for early check in even though it was mentioned complimentary very bad staff behaviour very bad service Unhygienic rooms and bad service breakfast quality is so poor, starts at 8.00 am
