Overall the property is well maintained, value for money, leaving out some small issues such as there were no toiletries and a couple of fixtures which were broken in the bathroom, the staff were good and helpuful, the room was very clean, didnt have breakfast this time but last time when i had the buffet breakfast it was horrible and the same has been told in many other reviews

We were surprised to see a hotel of this quality in a small place like Gonikoppal. The rooms were clean and spacious. Each room had an extra cot with mattress. Staff were courteous and helpful. Restaurant food was average. There is a pub with decent collection of drinks on the first floor.

liked the hotel in this price range but facilities were not up to mark e.g. sink water were clogging, liquid soap was empty , tv was not working etc... all tourist attractions were really far away from this location. food quality and service was good .
